How do I care for my brooches?

Chemicals can damage the acrylic. This could be perfumes or even water and sweat. You can easily clean the acrylic with a soft cloth such as a glasses cloth or even a piece of flannel. 

If you want to lavish extra care, use a plastic polish like Novus Plastic Clean and Shine. (1 in the three different compounds available in the Novus Plastic Polish range.

I received my item and it has a flaw.

We attempt to make the best product and everyone has a different standard of perfection. There are a number of places where flaws can occur such as in the acrylic, painting, assembling or even that Evil Dust Bunny Spawn. When pricing the products, those that are considered not quite right will be discounted and sold as flawed products.

Help! I am being charged customs fees!

Unfortunately, customs duties and other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your country's fees for receiving overseas items for an idea of what these might be as they vary by country.
